Nexom Aesthetics Shipping Policy

At Nexom Aesthetics, our goal is simple: get your products to you fast, reliably, and with zero hassle. We know how important it is to receive your stock on time — especially when you’ve got clients booked in and a busy clinic to run.

All UK orders are shipped from our UK fulfilment centre.

UK Shipping

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, and all orders placed before 5pm are sent out the same day for next-day delivery.

Delivery Options

  • £6.99 – Next Working Day via DPD

  • £10.99 – Saturday Delivery via DPD

  • £10.99 – Remote Area Delivery (i.e parts of Scotland including Inverness/Aberdeen). This is sent on a next-working-day service, but please allow up to 2 working days.

Free UK Shipping

  • FREE next-day delivery on all orders over £200 (subtotal).

Important Cut-Off Notes
Orders placed after 5pm, or after courier collection times, will be dispatched the following working day.
If you order after 5pm on a Friday and choose a next-day service, your order will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday.

UK Bank Holidays

Our warehouse is closed on all UK Bank Holidays. No orders will be processed or delivered on these days.
During busy trading periods (sales, peak seasons, bank holidays), dispatch times may be slightly longer and next-day delivery may be temporarily unavailable.
