The system consists of a lyophilised exosome capsule that is mixed into a W-Formula balm base prior to use, creating a freshly activated formulation designed to calm irritation, reduce visible redness and improve overall skin comfort and appearance.

The formulation is powered by plant-derived exosomes alongside growth factors and peptides to support skin regeneration and resilience. The W-Formula balm base includes soothing and brightening actives, commonly including tranexamic acid, to help support tone uniformity, hydration and barrier function. ASCE+ ExoBalm is commonly used following procedures such as laser treatments, microneedling, RF and plasma-based therapies, while also being suitable as an intensive at-home skin conditioning balm.
