These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from Nexom Aesthetics (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. About Us & Your Status

Nexom Aesthetics supplies aesthetic and medical-use products strictly to trained professionals.

By purchasing, you confirm that:

you are a business customer;
-
you are fully qualified and insured to use/administer any relevant products;

all information you provide to us is accurate.

2. Orders & Contract Formation

Your order is an offer to purchase products from us.

A contract is formed only when you receive:
-
an order confirmation email, or
-
a dispatch confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel any order before dispatch (e.g., out of stock, incorrect pricing, qualification concerns). Any payments taken will be refunded.
3. Product Information

We are a wholesaler/distributor, not the manufacturer.

All product descriptions come from the manufacturer and may change.
-
Images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Packaging may vary.

You must store, use, administer, and sell all products according to manufacturer instructions and applicable law.
4. Prices & Payment

Prices are shown on our website and exclude VAT and delivery unless stated otherwise.

We take reasonable care to ensure pricing accuracy but may correct errors before dispatch.

Payment must be made in full at checkout.

If a pricing error occurs:

If the correct price is lower, we will refund the difference.

If the correct price is higher, we will ask if you wish to proceed. If not, we will cancel and refund.

5. Delivery

UK orders placed before 5pm are dispatched the same day (Monday–Friday).

Delivery charges and available services are shown at checkout.
-
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk passes to you once products are delivered to your address.
6. Returns & Refunds

Key points:

Returns are accepted within 30 days, only for unused and unopened products in original packaging.

Items requiring refrigeration or temperature control cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are issued once products are inspected and approved.
-
Faulty items must be reported immediately with proof (photos/video).
7. Product Quality & Faults

Products may come with a manufacturer warranty (not provided by us).

If you believe a product is faulty:

contact us in writing as soon as possible;
-
do not use the item;
-
return it if requested.

We may:

replace the item,
-
issue a refund, or
-
provide store credit.

We are not responsible for faults caused by:

improper storage,
-
usage outside manufacturer guidance,

tampering, or
-
expiry of products after delivery.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for:

death or personal injury caused by negligence,

fraud, or
-
anything else that cannot be legally excluded.
Otherwise, our liability is limited to:

the value of the order, up to a maximum of 120% of the amount paid, and
-
excludes:

loss of profit
-
loss of business
-
loss of data
-
indirect or consequential losses
-
losses caused by improper use or administration of products

You are responsible for:
-
ensuring qualified professionals use/administer the products, and
-
complying with all laws/regulations relating to their use.
9. Title & Ownership

Risk passes to you upon delivery.

We retain legal title to all goods until full payment is received.

If payment is not received, we may recover the products.
10. Product Recalls

If a manufacturer or regulator issues a recall notice, you must follow all instructions we provide.

You must inform us immediately if you receive any recall or safety notice related to products we supplied.
11. Termination
We may cancel or suspend orders if:

payment is not received,
-
you breach these terms, or
-
we believe you may not be able to meet your payment obligations.
Any overdue invoices become payable immediately upon termination.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., pandemics, courier strikes, extreme weather).
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
The version displayed on our website at the time of your order will apply.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
